In a horrifying post apocalyptic world where the oceans have turned to blood, a convict must single-handedly pilot a submarine to recover data that might save humanity.  Fighting for his freedom, the submarine encounters something in the depths of the blood ocean that threatens his very survival.

IRON LUNG is written, directed by, and stars popular YouTuber Markiplier (Mark Fischbach), who is a noted fan of the original short-form PC game of the same name on which the film is based.
